We really liked everything! The house is beautiful, the terrace is wonderful, the rooms and bathroom are large and comfortable.

Ivan and his wife Sherri are lovely hosts. A great helpfulness. Many thanks to both of them. We can only recommend it.

Large structure, with everything you need to spend time even at home (lunches / dinners), perfect the terrace suitable for resting and aperitifs; Convenient area in the center of Porto Recanati with a short walk and short drive to reach the cities of Numana and Loreto. Perfect structure even with a four-legged friend, the beach club Pineta Beach, is super equipped, quiet, clean and with a great restaurant (the menu offers a proposal also for dogs).

The apartment is spacious, very clean and tastefully furnished. Equipped for every need. Very close to both the seafront and the center. Fantastic welcome for us guests and for our four-legged friends.

Apartment complete with everything. Washing machine, air conditioning, hairdryer. The owner, Ivan, was very kind in providing us with all the information we needed. Excellent welcome and cleanliness. Located in a quiet area, the beach is a 7-minute walk away.

First of all the availability of Ivan, the owner of the accommodation. He left us with fresh water and wine in the fridge and the house in perfect condition. The cleanliness was very good, and the house has everything you need. It is a 5 minute walk from the sea and the condominium is quiet.

The host was very helpful. The apartment is cozy and very comfortable for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), the rooms are clean. The location is convenient because you can reach both the center and the sea in a few minutes by car. Advised.

The apartment is large, well-equipped and is practically in the center of Porto Recanati. We were on the beach in a few minutes, bakery, fruit and vegetables market, smaller supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants, etc. were also accessible without a car. As with Ivan, who was available for any issue, the residents of the house we had contact with were very friendly and pleasant. There was just a very nice atmosphere! And places to visit in abundance, close and far.

Ivan, a welcoming and kind guy. Also, he recommended fantastic places to have dinner and have an aperitif. The house is spacious and comfortable, close to the center and the sea.

Close to the supermarket. Everything we needed in the apartment. Walking distance to the center of the beach and the train station 🙂 Nice and helpful host, who greeted us at the train station and took us to the apartment. Always responded quickly when we were wondering about something 🙂

Ivan the owner is a wonderful person always ready to answer any of our requests. I recommend this apartment for its location, just a few meters from the center and the sea.

Fantastic reception by the host couple, met us at the station and accompanied us to the apartment with a guided tour through the town. Good in English as well, not quite common in these parts otherwise. Good with a grocery store across the street.

Spacious apartment equipped with all comforts, very kind and helpful owner, he immediately put us at ease by welcoming us and our fur baby in the best possible way!!

Ivan very friendly and helpful, accommodation as advertised, 5 min walk from the beaches of Porto Recanati. The grocery store under the house is very convenient.
